Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seal intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards for baby and personal care products, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
